I saved my updated secure note data on my Mac. After logging off Dashlane and shutting down, everything was fine on my iPhone the next day. However, when I logged back in on my Mac that evening, the note had reverted to an older version. I then checked on my iPhone, and briefly saw the updated note before it also reverted to the older version.

I am having trouble using my YubiKey with Dashlane. The instructions say to go to "tools, preferences, security" and enable the 2nd factor ID, but when I click on the security tab, the program freezes. I reached out to Dashlane via email, and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall the program, which I did multiple times without any luck. After that, I was told I would be transferred to their 2nd level support, but haven't heard back since.

After entering about 12-20 passwords on various websites using Dashlane, I had to briefly switch tasks on my iPhone 5. Upon returning to the app, I noticed all passwords, except for two, were missing, which was frustrating. I have submitted a request to Dashlane Customer Service for assistance, but need a prompt resolution. It's disheartening to have to deal with this issue after spending time inputting all the information. I hope to figure out why this occurred and how to recover the missing passwords promptly to avoid further inconvenience.

I first installed Dashlane Basic, and it worked well. When I tried to link it to a new laptop, it didn't work unless I purchased the application. Since I was still evaluating it on the new laptop, I downloaded and installed a new trial. I abandoned the old installation but ended up purchasing the program. Surprisingly, it activated my old application for which I don't have the master password. I require help in activating the new one and completely shutting down the old one.

Hello, I've been experiencing issues with my Dashlane subscription on my Apple devices for about a week now. It seems that my master password is not being accepted on my Mac or the Firefox browser extension, even after reinstalling the app multiple times from both the Apple store and your website. Surprisingly, the Chrome browser extension is functioning correctly on my Mac. I do use a cookie deletion service on Chrome, but this is not the reason the extension works there. Interestingly, my iPhone X is accepting the password without any problems. I haven't changed my master password since I purchased the subscription recently. I would appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thank you, RT

I have been a Dashlane user for a year and recently upgraded to premium as Bruce Burggraf ([redacted]). However, I encountered an issue a few months ago when I couldn't access my passwords through the Chrome browser extension on my desktop, though I could still log in using fingerprint on my iPhone. When trying to reset my alphanumeric password, I had to log in without using my fingerprint, which caught me off guard. I understand the security reasons, but a heads-up would have been appreciated. I am not sure if you can assist with my issue, but the inability to use fingerprint login was quite inconvenient. I also experienced problems with the Chrome extension not functioning. Could you check if my premium subscription is active in your database and provide me with the expiration date? Any information would be appreciated. P.S. I managed to log in to Dashlane through the website despite the issue with the Chrome extension not working.

Upon creating my free Dashlane account in March [redacted], I only set a master password. Despite being offered a discount, which expired, I never utilized the account or entered any information. I intended not to use it and did not engage with any other password security companies. Recently, my previously recorded password failed to unlock my account. Since I primarily use the listed email address, I'm unsure if I can resume with this account or should create a new one. All my password-protected accounts are linked to this email, and I worry about the complications of changing it. I seek guidance on the best course of action. Due to upcoming cataract surgery, I may not respond promptly but thank you in advance for your help. - GG

I am using the Dashlane premium desktop version installed on my Windows 10 laptop and primarily use Chrome. However, I am facing an issue where Dashlane does not consistently fill out forms on various websites. To work around this, I have to manually input the website's first three letters in Dashlane desktop, locate the desired website, and click on "go to website" in Dashlane, which only sometimes results in auto-fill. Additionally, when auto-fill fails, I sometimes install the Dashlane extension from the Google web store in Chrome where I notice there isn't a premium version available. After entering my master password, the Dashlane icon appears on the top right of my browser and remains active, disregarding the security setting I configured in Dashlane Premium Desktop to shut down after 20 minutes of inactivity. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving these two issues.

I recently upgraded to the premium version. While setting it up, I encountered an issue where I couldn't proceed beyond adding my alternate email address. The progress bar currently shows 65% completion under "Getting Started," but I don't know how to reach [redacted]%. Additionally, I'm looking for guidance on transferring all my data and passwords from Last Pass to Dashlane. Last Pass created inconvenience by not saving new passwords and causing password login problems. I hope my experience with Dashlane will be smoother. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with receiving the security code to open and start Dashlane on Microsoft Edge. I am experiencing a frustrating issue. Recently, I reset my computer and lost access to Dashlane along with the email address tied to it, [redacted] Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to recover either my Dashlane account or the email address. Dashlane requires a security code to be sent to the email associated with it, but I cannot retrieve it due to difficulties with my Microsoft recovery form for ([redacted]). Microsoft denied me access but suggested I try again. I am now reaching out to Dashlane to help me regain access to my account. I am Floyd Knight, the rightful owner of the Dashlane account, and I possess the master password. Kindly assist me in recovering my account by verifying my identity with the master password.

Please respond to my email at [redacted] My name is Howard Goldberg. I purchased Dashlane Password Manager a few years ago with the Premium service. Today, I received a pop-up on my laptop supposedly from Dashlane requesting authorization to work in my browser. I want to confirm if this pop-up is legitimate or a scam to obtain my passwords. The pop-up displayed the Dashlane name and logo in white on a blue-green background. It asks for my authorization by clicking "authorize" after confirming a matching code.

After defragmenting my hard drive, Dashlane is now showing an error message that says "DashlanePlugin can't be launched, please reboot your computer and try again." I have restarted my computer multiple times, but the issue persists. It seems that a necessary component for Dashlane to run has been removed during defragmentation. I am wondering if I can back up the file containing all my information, uninstall Dashlane, and then reinstall it to regain access to my passwords. It would be convenient to have a repair option in the "Uninstall/change program" section in the Control Panel's Programs and Features. Thank you.

I have been a Dashlane Premium user for several years, and recently updated to the new version released a few weeks ago. Upon trying to open the app, I encountered an error message stating it is damaged or corrupted. As a result, I uninstalled the new app without having access to the old version, leaving me anxious about reinstalling the new app and ensuring my saved passwords are retained. I'm uncertain if the passwords will be automatically uploaded. How can I install the new app without encountering corruption? And how can I transfer my passwords to the new app successfully? While I do have the old app on my phone, it's unavailable on my MacBook, which is causing inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed a security certificate issue with a bank site on the phone app that Dashlane previously had no trouble with. It seems I am facing multiple challenges. Please assist me promptly as I rely on my passwords for work and this situation is critical. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been a satisfied Dashlane Premium user for years, but recently encountered multiple issues: 1) Passwords disappeared from my Mac but remain on my iPhone. 2) Support ticket (Request [redacted]) provided steps to activate sync, but they didn't work. 3) I've been a Premium member for years, so the offer for a free month due to possible email address change from [redacted] to [redacted] is confusing. Please assist with these frustrating issues. Support has been great before, but I need help now.

I am experiencing an issue with my early [redacted] iMac, which cannot upgrade to Sierra or High Sierra due to its "vintage" status. Despite its good working condition and upgraded RAM, I am unable to install Dashlane on Yosemite 10.10.5. This issue is preventing me from using Dashlane on both my iMac and laptop, leading to difficulty in manually entering passwords, essentially locking me out of all my accounts. I am looking for guidance on how to resolve this serious problem with Dashlane and regain access to my devices and accounts.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my Visa ending in [redacted]. I did not authorize this payment and have not been able to access your service or get any technical support. I am requesting the cancellation of any agreements with your company. It's frustrating not having a customer service phone number for assistance. Please contact me promptly to confirm the cancellation, address my complaint, and process my refund. If I don't hear back within 2 days, I will dispute the charges with my bank. This situation has been very troublesome. Thank you, John J. Richie Jr.

Dashlane pledged that I would only need to recall one password. However, despite knowing my password, they are not granting me access because I am using a different computer (although it's the same one with a new hard drive). When I attempt to log in, Dashlane sends a security code to what they consider my backup email. They did not mention needing to remember the backup email and its password. This contradicts their promise of "never forgetting ANOTHER PASSWORD." I am stuck in a loop of computer menus for a forgotten password. I am aware of my password and simply want entry into my Dashlane account to utilize my passwords.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Dashlane, but my passwords are not auto-populating as they should. Strangely, even manually entering them does not work either. This is quite frustrating as I am unable to access my email and social networks, leaving me locked out. Dashlane's online assistance guided me to reinstall the program, but now it seems to have worsened the issue. I am using a Mac High Sierra, and everything was working fine for a year until it suddenly stopped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
