I got a charge to change my account to premium of **.**. I didn't ever request to upgrade to Premium, I actually was on a happy with the product and had uninstalled it before I noticed the charge on ****. I was told I needed to give my card number that it was charged on to get refund, is that true. So mainly I want a refund of **. ** and I also want to make sure that it is canceled so I do not get charged again. Lisa
