I am ** years old and that may be the problem but I have tried off and on for several months to access my account and have been unable to do so. I enter the last password I know and it says it is wrong and I have tried to follow directions to reset but have been unable to do so. Can someone walk me through it? I would love to be using Dashlane to enter my passwords. It sounds like the perfect and secure solution to remembering so many passwords.
