I bought Premium several months ago. It glitches often, and I often can't get into the app at all. I cannot find out how to contact a real person for help, which is one of the benefits of paying for premium. I would like to get help with these problems or if not, cancel my subscription and get a refund since I paid for * years in advance.
I trust that Dashlane will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
