Yesterday I thought I was opening my established Dashlane account and asked me to upgrade to premium which I did. It turns out that it was a brand new account somehow. I need to remove that account and check on the premium status of my original account. Email ***ociated with it is JB*****@***.com.
I trust that Dashlane will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
