I received two $** Darden gift cards a bought a week apart from Healthy Blue Rewards. On Tuesday Dec. *, my Husband and I decided to combine the cards and we went to our local Olive Garden, where are bill came to $**.** with tax and **% tip. We gave our server both cards and $* more dollars for the bill payment. He returned and said only ONE of the cards was good!! Then he got the manager and no one could figure out why it wasn't valid. After ** mins. the manager came back and said that he figured it out!! Both cards had the same card and pin *. I e-mailed Healthy Blue Rewards and all they said was they made a mistake but WE had to come up with $** more dollars at the restaurant!! Was NOT a pleasant evening. The Olive Garden manager suggested I contact you at Darden. Since it was NOT our mistake, I feel for Good Will, we should be sent a $** Darden card. Thank You!!*Sincerely, Jane Greenfield
