Danner.com Customer Service Issues

I am Danny A. Bermudez. I bought a pair of Danner Bull Moc Runs in size 10.5 (black) directly from Danner. When I received the boots, I found them too large and wanted to exchange them for the tan color. I live in Round Rock, TX, and Bass Pro Shop in Round Rock refused the return, claiming they couldn't process online purchases. I called Danner customer service and was informed that Darlene handles returns for Danner at Bass Pro Shops, but even with this information, my return was denied. This experience with Bass Pro Shops has disappointed me as a long-time customer. Online shopping's "convenience" is not worth the hassle. I hope to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you.

I bought the Pronghorn 1200G boots in September and received them on the 12th. This is my second pair of Danners. It finally got cold enough to start wearing them. The left boot fits perfectly, but the right boot is causing me issues. It is hurting my ankle bone so much that I have to re-lace and adjust the tongue multiple times a day. I wouldn't be able to hunt all day in this right boot. I walked miles hunting elk in my first pair, and my feet always felt great at the end of the day. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been a loyal Danner Boot customer for 27 years now and I absolutely love their products. However, my last three pairs have left me a little disappointed. The first pair, which I got from Bass Pro Shop, lasted only 3 months before the soles wore out. The second pair, from Boot Barn, lasted 5 months before the stitching started coming apart. Despite these issues, I still love Danner Boots. As I am in need of a new pair now, I hope to receive some loyalty perks on my next purchase. Any suggestions on where to buy next and any available coupons would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
