My wife and I waited about ** min. on our * blizzards. We get to the service window the server doesn't turn my blizzard upside down because she knows it's not thick enough. She turns my wife's blizzard upside down. We pull off and both blizzards are just like a milk shake. I pull over and take them inside. Jeremiah K asked what's wrong and I tell him we ordered blizzards and not milkshakes. He offered to replace them, but I told him just to give me my money back, because we don't have time to wait. We have been coming to this dq for a long time and at least * times a week. This type of service is unacceptable. I don't have the server's name, because it was on the receipt Jeremiah took.
