I ordered a sheet set, order ********. I received an email from USPS stating being sent back due to wrong address. I checked information on daily sale, all was correct. (I have several other packages I am waiting for). Later that day, USPS was in my community and we stopped him. He informed me that HE was the only one assigned to this community all day and only had * packages. I've been calling them daily, following their prompts only to be told they are closed. I have sent them emails, with only being told their support team is reviewing it. They use ZENDESK for correspondence, which I have dealt with in the past, I may of deal with a monkey. They have poor communication skills, extremely poor customer service skills, they don't care. Any help you can give me, I will so appreciate it! *One of my concerns, is I'm moving come ********, but all that was order was to be delivered prior to this date or I would never of places order.
