Help with my Daikin issue

The issue in GetHuman-wtrice's own words
When it is very hot outside ** ** ** the indoor unit is set to ** via the remote but the outside condensing unit never shuts off it cools down to less than *** and continues to run. ** When temperatures are more normal, upper **s mid **s, unit seems to run OK except there is a * to ** difference between the setting on the remote control, and the actual room temperature. For example if you want the room to be at **, remote needs to be set at ** or ** and order for the condenser to shut off. ** To further complicate problem, on the above example as soon as the outdoor temperature goes over the ** to ** Mark, the condenser stays on and continues to cool without any stoppage. If the outdoor temperature gets above **, the condensing unit will continue to cool the room, I have seen it go as low as ** and still not shutting off. ** Indoor head unit was actually changed out completely, this did nothing to affect the problem. ** Was told that I manually mounted hardwired thermostat would fix the problem, waited two weeks and then was told no such device was available for my unit. ** Was requested to add a insulation on back of head unit on the wall in back of the head unit as the heat from the attic space was getting to the head unit. Had my insulation company come out and do there is still no affect to the unit. ** Quite tired of your company making excuses for your equipment and having me two additional costly things that are making no difference in the operation of the unit. ** Not sure at this point you could recommend anything that has not already been done.
