We have not received a statement or bill since Oct ****. We are on auto pay but no bills have been sent to the bank .We have called several times and been told it is a DTE problem, that’s it’s being fixed, and we will receive the bill next month. It is now March and no bills and no autopay through the bank and now we are getting shutoff phone calls. We need this fixed now. The address is **** Ide Avenue Ypsilanti Mi *****. The phone is ***-***-**** Nellie Briggs. I have tried calling billing several times and they just hang up on us. We need this resolved now!
