My energy usage has been less than last year and I’ve had several months that I made double payments but my budget plan amount is crazy high and my account is always behind. I was just told that I no longer have the protection plan because I’m behind. *There is a problem. My hous is smaller than my neighbors, we have less people, a new roof and new windows and my bill is over twice theirs!
