I was trying to exchange the shoes I ordered for a larger pair, but I needed a return mailing label. ... I mail ordered a pair of black, size **, L.B. Evans-Aristocrat Slippers, which are too small. I would like to return mail them and obtain a size ** medium. Can this be an even exchange? Will you provide a return mailing label? Thank you.
This was especially frustrating because I di not get a response by email or telephone.

I have been a customer for years, but this was the first time I ordered something online.
I tried to find a mailing label online and called the customer service telephone number. I never received an email response, nor was I able to talk to anyone on the telephone.
