This morning, I encountered one of your drivers while riding my horse on a narrow lane. Instead of stopping at a parking space, he drove past me and stopped, expecting me to pass with little space and a ditch. He took pictures of me, spoke in his own language to his office, and when I refused to pass, he swore at me in his language. His behavior was aggressive as he drove towards me, then reversed about 15-20 meters to let me through. I have video evidence of this incident. Your drivers need to learn how to drive in the countryside and respect other road users. The van's registration is KT17YNF. I expect a prompt response to this matter.

I have relied on DPD for shipping artwork to the EU for some time now. Recently, I encountered issues generating labels through Parcel2Go. They informed me that antiques are restricted from being sent via DPD, even though most paintings I send are under 20 years old. The customs code for paintings is [redacted]00. I wonder if DPD has prohibited items starting with the code "97" since it coincides with antiques. I typically send around 50 parcels weekly with DPD and may need to switch to Parcelforce. HS Code [redacted]0 pertains to paintings like oil and watercolors, which are hand-executed pieces excluding technical drawings and mass-produced hand-decorated items.

Hello, I have been experiencing issues with my delivery person for the past three weeks. The problem I am encountering is that he repeatedly rings the doorbell without allowing enough time for me to reach the door. Furthermore, upon opening the door, he loudly shouts throughout the building, even on Saturday mornings between 8-9 am when many people are still asleep. His behavior is disruptive as he yells "hello" and "package" and appears reluctant to bring the delivery upstairs. During his first visit, he engaged in a loud discussion before carelessly tossing the package at my feet, causing an item inside to break. On subsequent visits, he has continued to ring the bell aggressively before angrily dropping off the package. Today, for the third time, my package (Hello Fresh, reference: 9 12 27-2p [redacted]:1) was left with my neighbors without my consent, without even attempting to contact me. I was only informed because my mobile number is listed on the package. The contents are fresh food, and it is crucial to me that deliveries are handled properly to ensure safety and freshness. I am very frustrated by this situation and would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I missed a package from Vituko today. The driver didn't leave it in the designated safe place, the shed/cupboard by the front door as shown in the photo. No card was left so I have no reference to follow up. I am puzzled why the driver only took a photo and did not attempt delivery. There is important medication in the parcel, so I paid for next-day delivery with the understanding it would arrive today. Waiting until Monday is not an option. I am frustrated by this lazy and incompetent driver. I had to cancel my work tomorrow to retrieve the parcel or find an alternative source for the medication. While I have had no issues with other DPD drivers, this Vituko has been problematic. He should consider working for Hermes instead. It would have only taken him a few seconds to place the parcel in the cupboard like the other drivers do.

I was scheduled for a package pickup at my address at Flat 7, 419A Harrow Road, London W9 3QJ, on Friday with a pickup window between 08:00 to 18:00. However, no one came during that time. The intended recipient informed me that DPD claimed an attempted pickup at 09:20, which I dispute. No calling card was left either. I've rescheduled the pickup with Gear4Music in York for Tuesday, March 30th, with a pickup range now from 06:00 to 20:00. I've tried reaching out on Twitter (@DPD_Support) with no response. Despite being given collection number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 8, DPD's tracking system doesn't recognize it. While DPD's delivery service was excellent, providing clear notifications right down to the driver's name, Mukhtar, the pickup process falls short. I simply want DPD to guarantee the pickup at a reasonable time and have a reliable tracking system to monitor the driver's arrival.

Hello, I recently tried to reach out to DPD customer service regarding an issue with an incorrect customs charge for a shipment from the UK to Sweden. Despite my efforts, I was unable to get in touch with them. I even copied my email to the press office, hoping for a response. I have also shared my experience on consumer advice groups to shed light on the challenges faced with customer service at DPD. In summary, I have been a long-time DPD customer in the UK and always had satisfactory service until now. However, the recent customs charges for my shipment to Sweden do not align with the values I declared. The discrepancy in the customs values and the stated invoice value has left me puzzled and frustrated. I attempted to contact DPD customer service via phone, app, and online chat, but to no avail. The automated systems and chatbot were unhelpful in addressing my specific concern regarding the customs value. As a result, I am reaching out via this email as my last resort to rectify the customs value issue for my shipment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Parcel number: [redacted][redacted] Thank you for your attention.

DPD mistakenly delivered a parcel to my address even though I informed them it was the wrong location. After contacting them for hours, no action was taken since my conversation with Martin on 31/3. It is clear that I want them to rectify this by collecting the misdelivered parcel and delivering it to the correct recipient. The consignment number is [redacted]0 [redacted], with reference number [redacted], addressed to EMI Community Sydervelt at Sydervelt Rd., Canvey Island, SS8 9EG. I have tried for over 4 hours to resolve this issue caused by a delivery person who did not practice social distancing, despite being unable to wear a mask.

I placed an order for a Millie's cookie for my brother's birthday on April 7th. The original delivery date was set for April 9th, two days before his birthday. Sadly, the cookie did not arrive on time. After reaching out to Millie's Cookies via email, I received a message today mentioning a new delivery window between 12:10 - 13:10. While I was glad the cookie would finally be on its way, when I checked the tracking information shortly after, it indicated that the package was being returned to Millie's Cookies. I'm unsure why this occurred and I didn't request a return. I only wanted clarity on the delay. I am eager to find a solution to have the cookie redelivered to my address. Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

On April 12, [redacted], I dropped off a package at a pick-up point using receipt No. [redacted]68. I had already printed and attached the necessary labels to the package. Upon completion, I confirmed with the responsible person and provided the completed export information sheets. I had paid £41.42 to DPD for a 1kg package to Victoria [redacted], Australia. Unfortunately, the package was returned last week citing "Export Paperwork Missing Incomplete," which I believe to be untrue. I am eager to apply for a refund promptly. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. S. O'Sullivan

Parcel #3[redacted]-[redacted] Time/Date: 17:49:40, 5/10/[redacted] Hello, I wanted to let you know I was home when delivery was attempted. If you could try again, please place the parcel on the porch. Simply open the screen door and set it inside. I've had issues with Mighty Munch deliveries before; in the past, items were left in my mailbox. I believe this parcel might not fit. The link provided in the email to reschedule delivery is not functional. I cannot locate a contact number for your company. Margaret Crawford

Hello, I have been receiving unexpected messages from Herbalife regarding DPD parcel deliveries, even though I have never ordered from them before. This issue has been ongoing for about a month starting from the end of April. It seems there is a mix-up with the phone number linked to someone's account, as they are not receiving updates about their parcel deliveries, leading to missed deliveries for both of us. My phone number is [redacted]7, and the delivery address is NE38 0HD in London. I receive tracking links in these messages, which indicates a potential data security breach. Please resolve this promptly. Additionally, I do not wish to continue receiving these notifications. Thank you, Dom.

I sent a valuable parcel (Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]) via DPD to Australia for a relative. Despite facing tracking issues, I was disappointed that DPD did not keep me informed, leading to the parcel being returned undelivered. I contacted them via phone and email, completing various forms, but received no helpful response. A live chat promised an email explanation within 48 hours, but weeks have passed with no update. I am left unsure whether the parcel ever reached its destination or was returned from customs. I believe that communication from DPD should have been more proactive in such situations to avoid confusion and provide clarity to customers.

I found a DPD notification dated 8/6/21 at 15:10 stating the parcel was left with a neighbor and another card dated 5/6/21 or 8/6/21 at 15:10 indicating the parcel was left in a safe place. However, we were home all afternoon on 8/6/21, never heard the doorbell ring, and have a sign asking for packages to be left inside. We are unsure which post office to collect from as we are equidistant from two. Due to NHS self-isolation, collecting in person is not possible. We kindly request DPD to confirm if the parcel exists and arrange a reliable and truthful delivery with readable handwriting.

On 8/6/21 at 15:10, a DPD card was left at our address stating our parcel was given to a neighbor and we should retrieve it from the local post office. Strangely, another DPD card dated either 5/6/21 or 8/6/21 at 15:1 mentioned the parcel was left in a safe spot. We were home from 14:00 onwards on 8/6/21, and the doorbell wasn't rung. Our porch door note requests for packages to be left inside, regardless of our presence. Uncertain of which post office is referred to as "local," as we're between two. Sadly, due to NHS self-isolation, we cannot collect parcels. Requesting DPD to confirm parcel status and provide accurate delivery with a trustworthy driver.

Package number HR[redacted]76JF ordered on Inno's website with payment made on 31/05/[redacted] (delivery time frame of 7 to 10 days). The package was sent by Yves Delorme France on 01/06/[redacted]. However, it got stuck at a Chronopost depot in Flémalle, Belgium, due to an illegible address. After confirming the correct address with the sender on 08/06/[redacted] and providing the corrected details to Chronopost, the package was supposed to be shipped to the correct address within 48 hours. Unfortunately, on 10/06/[redacted], Chronopost informed that the package was either returned to the sender or lost. It has been 12 days since the order was placed, and there has been no communication from Chronopost via email or phone. If no response is received within 24 hours, a complaint will be filed. - André Lambotte, Father of the affected customer.

Today at 12:20, my husband, our dog, and I were walking down Knapp Lane in Gloucestershire, between Minchinhampton and Brimscombe (nearest post code GL6 8PA). A DPD van came speeding from behind, forcing us to the side of the narrow, steep, and poorly surfaced lane. Despite our warnings to slow down, the driver ignored us and continued at a dangerous speed, also causing two other walkers to move out of his way. The driver's actions were extremely reckless and could have resulted in a serious accident given the conditions of the road. I sincerely urge DPD to address this issue and prevent such risky behavior in the future. I look forward to your response. Thank you, Pauline T.

I scheduled a package collection for the Netherlands today with reference [redacted][redacted]. During the booking, the website mistakenly changed my address to Thrubwell Farm Cottage instead of Thrubwell Farm. Even though I corrected it, the website reverted the change after payment. I left a note on my neighbor's gate with the correct details, but the driver couldn't find the collection point and now the website shows the parcel is on the way to Holland when it's still at my place. I need to reschedule the delivery and remove "Cottage" from the address. The address should read as Thrubwell Farm, Thrubwell Lane, Redhill Bristol BS40 5AW. Can someone assist me in organizing a new collection time?

I live on Cammo Road in Edinburgh, EH4 8ED. Your company's vans are consistently using our street as a shortcut, speeding recklessly throughout the day and night. Just now, at 6:43 pm, I saw a van speeding towards Edinburgh airport instead of sticking to the main Maybury road, which is a recurring problem. Cammo Road is a residential area filled with families with young children and pets. It's designated as a 20 mph zone, yet these vans choose to race through. This behavior is dangerous, especially considering that there's a nearby nature reserve's entrance where local nursery children visit during the week along with dog walkers. We've attempted to contact various numbers to address this issue to no avail. At this point, our entire street is banding together to petition our MP and local councilors. If your vans didn't speed so excessively, we could gather their plate numbers easily. Though we haven't involved the authorities yet, we are considering it. Kindly remind your drivers to respect the speed limits in residential areas and refrain from using our street as a shortcut.

I require DPD to deliver the Address Labels to the sender (Holiday Inn Ipswich) on London Road who is currently awaiting them. The small parcel cannot be sent without the labels, even though payment has been made. The parcel is prepared, labeled, and set for DPD's collection. DPD mistakenly emailed the labels to the recipient, who is unable to print them. Kindly email the label to the sender (Holiday Inn) and proceed with the collection. Thank you, J. Brannigan, eagerly awaiting the delivery. Let me know if more details are needed.

My package was supposed to be delivered to my home address, but the drivers were unable to locate it for two consecutive days. I have since changed the delivery address to my relative's home, yet today's delivery was missed even though someone was present at the location. I urgently needed this package by August 5th, the original delivery date. Unfortunately, due to ongoing delivery issues, the package has not reached me on time. I am unable to receive a refund until I physically have the package, causing a considerable inconvenience as uncertainty looms over its delivery schedule. Regrettably, I will avoid using your company for future deliveries after this disappointing experience, as other delivery services have not had difficulty delivering to my home address. Both items I ordered concurrently have faced delays, with this particular package now being four days overdue.
