I am disappointed in the delivery service I paid for. I paid for next-day delivery on June 15th and it still has not arrived as of June 16th. There were claims of an attempted delivery due to no one being available to sign for the parcel, but the store was open during the time of the supposed delivery attempt both on Saturday and Sunday. The text message I received about a calling card was inaccurate, as there was no calling card left at the pick-up location. I want to receive my parcel promptly and be reimbursed for the delayed delivery that I paid extra to avoid. When attempting to track my parcel using the reference numbers and tracking numbers provided, I am unable to access any tracking information through the website or the DPD app. This delay is particularly frustrating as the order is for my graduation celebration.

We placed an order for a wheelbarrow on Amazon. The delivery was attempted last week, but it was lost. We arranged to collect it on Saturday, but it couldn't be found. I provided delivery instructions, but it did not arrive on Monday as promised. Amazon informed us that the item was lost completely, prompting a refund. Despite being told that the wheelbarrow would be delivered on Tuesday, this did not happen. Our attempt to pick it up on Wednesday was refused by the Sheffield branch due to lack of proper identification. The staff member accused me of not showing up previously, despite having given instructions and proof of my visit. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Please return the item to Amazon. A complaint will be filed regarding your inadequate delivery procedures and the lost bright blue wheelbarrow. Thank you for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation.

I shipped a parcel with a wooden blanket box that arrived damaged despite being securely packaged and insured. I provided clear pictures of the damage to DPD, but they claim the images are not sufficient. I shared a photo of the box before and after the damage occurred, but cannot provide more since I no longer have the box. I am seeking compensation of £[redacted] for the damaged item and reimbursement for the costs of collecting and delivering the parcel.

Hello, I was expecting a delivery today, but unfortunately, your driver did not attempt to come upstairs, leading to a rescheduled delivery. I am quite disappointed. How did he not make an attempt to deliver my parcel properly? I only received a picture of my building and an email mentioning a note left without clarification. I have been home all day and can track his location, so I am puzzled as to why he couldn't come to my door to deliver the parcel. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery and expect it on the specified day. I am requesting a full refund for this delivery due to the lack of effort from your employee. I look forward to your response.

I ordered important prescription cat food from Pets at Home which I urgently needed. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the parcel, I just found a card left without any effort to deliver it when I was home and waiting with three cars in the driveway. I usually struggle to hear my door knocker due to the size of my bungalow, so I installed a loud ring doorbell specifically for this reason. I am perplexed as to why the DPD delivery person did not ring the doorbell to attempt to deliver the parcel.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the driver of vehicle CY19 FZL while making deliveries on Anglesey today. During our encounter on a narrow single lane road, the driver insisted I reverse uphill, claiming it was too narrow for him to back up. Despite my attempts, he continued to pressure me, becoming verbally abusive when I struggled to reverse quickly uphill. Eventually, he reversed instead after I suggested it. The driver's aggression and rudeness were unwarranted, especially considering the situation could have been resolved more peacefully. I believe his behavior warrants attention and possibly reprimand.

Good afternoon, I recently received an email stating that no one was available to sign for our parcel. However, our business in the City has a manned Reception desk from [redacted] - [redacted], allowing for constant availability. I was present at the desk and can assure you that no DPD representative attempted delivery. Hence, I am puzzled about the non-delivery notification we received. I kindly request clarification on why the parcel was not delivered today and the reason behind the email notification. I am hopeful for the delivery driver to make a successful attempt to deliver our parcel. Thank you.

Good evening, I was waiting for my parcel today when I received a text that the driver, Sebastian, missed us. I checked the website and noticed there was a wrong postcode. The driver didn't realize that the address was correct and tried to deliver the parcel to another location. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. My name is Bartlomiej Niezabitowski, and the correct address is 26 Yetholm Way, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY2 5BF. Is there any way to update this information? I can't make changes on the website because it involves a phone from the Three company. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with tracking a parcel I sent through DPD via Parcel2Go to Portugal. The reference number provided by Parcel2Go is P2G[redacted]8. After facing challenges at Huncoat pharmacy due to the parcel size, DPD instructed me to drop it off at their Blackburn depot. Upon dropping it at the DPD Blue franchise located at Matalan Blackburn, I received a red card with number [redacted]33, which I am unable to track. This shipment contains Mercedes headlights sold on eBay. Could someone assist me in resolving this tracking problem? Thank you, Justin D.

I was expecting a delivery with a time slot between 11:02 and 12:02. However, at 11:27, I received a text message claiming the courier missed me. I find this confusing as I have been home all day, and no one other than the postman delivering letters has approached my door. I am very disappointed with the situation as I specifically stayed home for this urgent delivery. The service provided today was extremely disappointing.

I had a parcel scheduled for delivery to my neighbor, who rarely leaves home, at 8 Linden Glade. Despite making arrangements, the parcel was not delivered. My neighbor was even up early to ensure they didn't miss it. To my surprise, I received a text stating that the delivery person, Marlon, couldn't deliver the parcel at 12:31 pm. This isn't the first time DPD has failed a delivery citing the resident not being able to answer the door in time due to an alarm system. Many neighbors have faced similar issues with DPD drivers not allowing enough time for residents, especially elderly ones, to answer the intercom. After several phone calls and complaints, I had to request the delivery be made to my own address. Even though you have my email already, I might resend it to ensure proper communication.

Tracking number: [redacted][redacted] Postcode: BB80JP Today, a courier tried to deliver my package, but I was at work until 2:30pm. Unfortunately, they couldn't leave it with a neighbor, in my safe place, or at a pickup point. I've rescheduled the delivery for next Monday since I work in the afternoons, but it's a birthday gift for my mom, and her birthday is Friday, November 15th. I'd really appreciate it if the package could be delivered this week after 2:30pm, or in one of the alternative ways mentioned. Thank you.

I was expecting my package to arrive yesterday. I checked the tracking in the morning, which showed a scheduled 1-hour delivery window. However, by 11 a.m., there was an error message saying that the package couldn't be located. I'm frustrated because I rearranged my schedule to be home for the delivery, only for it not to arrive as planned. It's disappointing to have spent my entire weekend waiting for a package that didn't show up.

I purchased a second-hand camera from Facebook Marketplace on 23/11/19, but it has not arrived yet. The seller, from Basingstoke, has been cooperative and concerned. Despite DPD sending an email stating they tracked the package, they did not disclose its current location. I am worried that the package might have been damaged by DPD.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes from Crofton & Hall on November 8, [redacted]. They informed me that the item was shipped and should be delivered by November 26. However, it has not arrived as of today, December 3, [redacted]. The DPD website tracking seems to be down, and my attempts to reach out to them from the USA led to long hold times. Frustrated, I ended the call due to the costly long-distance charges. The tracking number provided by Crofton & Hall is 1ZA66R[redacted]47. If I don't receive a response soon, I will have to contact PayPal to investigate and request a refund.

Tracking number #1ZA66R[redacted]47 is associated with a pair of shoes from CROFTON & HALL. DPD was supposed to deliver it by November 26th, [redacted], but it has not arrived as of December 3rd. DPD's tracking service seems to be down. I have tried contacting DPD via email and phone calls to their overseas office but haven't received any updates on my order. I'm hoping to find out the current status of my parcel and when I can expect it to be delivered.

The item is currently being returned via dpd.co.uk with reference number [redacted]40 after it went missing initially. I would like to confirm if it is being sent back to England. Kindly inform me of the expected delivery date to my address and provide details on where I should go for collection if I'm not available at home. I will be away from London until tomorrow evening. Is there a pickup location available for me? The package is of utmost importance to me. Additionally, could you please confirm if a refund will be processed? I appreciate your prompt response. I placed an order on the DPD app from my phone to send a parcel to the Royal Mint. I later realized it was a PO Box number, and DPD does not deliver to box numbers. I have since sent the parcel via Royal Mail. I am requesting to cancel the order with DPD and receive a refund since the parcel was not sent by them. I have screenshots of the details and the receipt on my phone. The live chat has only been a recorded voice, and my email communication with DPD customer services has not been productive. I would like DPD to cancel the order and issue a refund as previously mentioned. Thank you. - G.F.

Hello, I used Packlink for DPD to collect my parcels (Ref: ES2019COM[redacted]). Originally scheduled for Monday, Dec 2nd, due to label issues, we rescheduled for Wed, 12/04 with the carrier. However, the collection has not occurred yet. The boxes are in the building's reception. Can you assist with rescheduling or inform me of the new pickup date? I recently placed an order online and my parcel was delivered by DPD. Despite being home all day, DPD claimed no one was in and sent a picture of my front door as proof. Confused by this, I arranged to pick up my parcel at SSJ Mini-Mart in London. When my husband collected it using my ID and the pick-up email, he noticed that the label was covering the original one, making it impossible to see the recipient's name and address. Upon opening the parcel, it was clear that I had received the wrong package, as it contained items not meant for me, along with a receipt showing the correct recipient's details. With urgency for my charity event this Saturday, I need to resolve this issue promptly. My husband is heading back to the store to seek assistance from DPD, but I am considering approaching the other recipient to exchange our parcels, as I urgently require the correct goods for our charity display.
