Afternoon.*Order ref: P*G*********Tracking number: ***************This morning, just before **am, one of the DPD guys came to collect my parcel (* boxes). By the time my husband went to open the door (within a minute) the guy was already leaving in the van. He didn’t bother to knock again or even to call on the mobile provided*He left a card “Sorry we miss you” and he didn’t bother to fill in the details, it was all blank.*I’m really disappointed as my husband took the day off just to wait for the collection.*I have to say their customer service is too poor, same on the phone when you call them and they are unable to find your order. With same details, they found it the day earlier when I phoned.*Now, I have to change the collection day to Monday *th November. Hope everything goes fine.**Thank you.*Emma
