The first day I was not in, did not get any text or email to say it would be delivered.*The second day I waited in all day till *pm, during that time I made three calls to DPD waited ** minutes each time then got through, the person Robert told me it would be delivered within the hour. Two hours later I call again and Claire said she had once more spoken to the driver and it definately would be delivered the same day. The driver finishes at *.**pm he will call before he finishes. I calle once more but after ** minutes I gave up as realised the centre was closed.**How do I get hold of the delivery please. There is nothing to say waht to do next only ring DPD everyday next week, wait for ** minutes for a human to answer, be told it will be delivered, then repeat the process over and over and over again. Not good service in anyway shape or form. useless, what is the point in using all my call time up to get absolutely nowhere!*********** Tech in the basket*************** DPD*Complaint **********Very poor servive*Vernon Miles******************@***.com
