I was trying to charge * new batteries after purchasing (Twice-for a total of * new batteries). ... I purchased * new batteries for my Mavic Pro but they would not charge (lights would not show a charge nor did it charge). I returned the batteries and exchanged them for another new pair of batteries. Again, they would not show any charge nor would they charge. Both sets were left to charge overnight and they did not charge. I called your customer service and was asked to get an image of my receipt and a video showing that batteries were not charging. Can I send files to you as proof? I had to drive a total of *** miles just to find out that the batteries would not charge again.
They could make this right by sending me a return label and having DJI exchanging the batteries with new working batteries.
I am relatively new to DJI with about a year experience (good part of that time I flew with my son, as he has several DJI Drones and accessories).He alerted me of the special pricing at a Target store ** miles from me (my son lives in Atlanta, GA-* hours drive from me).
I did not want to void my warranty so I did not do anything else. The charging system I used is DJI accessories. I have image of receipt and video of charging procedure I performed. How do I send it to you?*Note: As of ******** DJI has not fixed my issue.
