Dear DJI:*Hi! I just send you this email yesterday.**On ******** I bought my Mavic * Pro aircraft in a Best Buy store. I have been practicing and getting used to the aircraft ever since, enyoing it every step of the way. Today (**********) I was flying it under a bridge for about ** minutes (the battery was full) and when I was done I pressed the “Go Home” button to return the drone to where I had started. Unfortunately, rather than landing where it had taken off, it landed on top of the bridge. I went where the GPS coordinates indicated it had landed and searched for but to no avail. I understand I was responsible whilst using it and followed the instructions accordingly, however I have now lost it and feel upset over the whole ordeal. As a photographer with a love for landscapes, the Mavic * Pro was a great gift which enabled me to explore my passion even further and enhance my overall experience. If it is not too much to ask, I’d like to know if there is any possibility of getting a new Mavic * Pro or a discount from the company for a new one. I am also attaching the video I was filming and the respective landing GPS coordinates, in case it helps you verify my claim as well as provide a visual representation of my location and that of the eventual place where the drone landed.**Thanks for your support,*Nelky Gonzalez *N*****@***.com*(***) ***-****
