I purchased the Tailgater Pro and two Wallys in March of last year. I have never been able to get the second Wally to work for more than a day. I’ve talked and chatted with Dish technical help for many hours. They were very patient and worked hours with me. We never got the system to work like it should. Looking on the internet I find this is a common problem. The only fix appears to be swapping out the second Wally for an older style *** receiver. I called Dish to see if I could do this and was told they only do that within ** days of purchase. So it appears I wasted my time talking to tech for many hours over last summer and this week. *I switched from Direct TV to Dish because of your very friendly policy for RV users. Thank you for that, but I feel I was sold a system with known problems. I spent hours installing new coax directly to the Wallys on the advice of your technicians. Nothing helped and I have given up. *All I am asking is for you to exchange one of my Wallys for a *** receiver. Sounds fair enough to me.
