The issue in GetHuman-rgilman's own words
We have been customers of Dish for almost ** years. Of course, we recently lost Fox, CBS and WGN channels because of your dispute with Nexstar. We have been through this with you several times, but this time we are really angry about it. Every * years we seem to go through this with you and it's getting old. I know you want to keep our prices down, but we are tired of losing our local channels (which we are paying for) and we are also tired of losing our TV viewing every time it rains. Please work with Nexstar and get this issue resolved quickly. We have another option for TV viewing with our internet company (Endeavor) which is reliable, however it will cost us a little more. Even so, we are willing to pay it in order to stop all your interruptions. Also are you going to reimburse us (for more than $*) for the time we are paying for but can't see those * channels?
