WHAT HAPPENED?? Dish has, in violation of my contract, dropped a lot of my programming such as fox network. Then on top of that is trying to make it sound like it is the fault of our Fox station. Is it just a coincidence that ti started just as football and other sports have just began coming back after all the Covid ****?? Not Hardly, it is because Dish wants to get GREEDY AGAIN AND WILL EVERY YEAR PROBABLY FROM NOW ON. They are not SMART ENOUGH to know that each time they LOOSE, by losing a lot of their customers, But in their mind, they have us over a HUGE BARREL during this time of the season of sports. They put us in the middle of something we have no business being brought into, They know this and are in fact COUNTING ON US TO INFLUENCE THE NEGOTIATING IN THEIR FAVOR, AGAIN. we WON'T DO IT THAT WAY THIS TIME, JUST WATCH. Back to my point of CONTRACT VIOLATIONS. I signed a contract with Dish for SPECIFIC CHANNELS AND LOCAL CHANNELS, WHICH ALL COST ME MONEY TO DO!! And you have chosen to not provide these purchased channels for your own purpose,s, therefore Dish owe me and others a refund for those channels it has chosen to remove from our viewing contract without consulting with anyone. A CONTRACT IS A CONTRACT, AS YOU WELL KNOW, AND IF THE SHOE WERE ON THE OTHER FOOT YOU WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT FILE SOME CHARGES WITH THE APPROPRIATE COURT. THUS I THINK IT TIME THAT WE WHO ARE STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING ON OUR CONTRACT THAT WE ARE BEING DENIED FOR YOUR PERSONAL GAIN NEED TO DO THE SAME TO YOU DISH. I PERSONALLY AM CHECKING INTO DOING JUST THAT, THIS **** IS NOT ONLY FOR YOUR PERSONAL GAIN, BUT FOR OUR PERSONAL LOSS ALSO. A CONTRACT IS A CONTRACT AND IS BETWEEN TWO OR MORE PARTIES AND IT IS NOT SUBJECT TO BE BROKEN BY EITHER WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, AND WE HAVE NOT BEEN OFFERED DUE PROCESS ON ANY OF THIS, NONE AT ALL. AND WE ARE STILL IN COMPLIANCE ON OUR PART AS WE ARE STILL PAYING FOR THE SERVICES WE ARE NOT GETTING FROM DISH OVER THIS DISPUTE WITH OTHER MEDIA PROVIDERS. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE WITH NO SAY SO OR ANY KIND OF INPUT INTO THE SITUATION WHAT SO EVER. A CONTRACT IS A CONTRACT AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PURPOSEFULLY CANCEL A PART OF THAT CONTRACT WITHOUT SOMETHING IN RETURN FOR YOUR ACTIONS!!! THAT DEAR DISH IS JUST WHAT I AM CHECKING INTO AS OF A FEW DAYS AGO, MUST SAY IT LOOKS MORE THAN PROMISING AT THIS POINT. I WILL NO LONGER SIT AROUND AND ENJOY BEING A PAWN IN SOMETHING I HAVE NO SAY IN. SO THAT IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT YOUR CONTRACT VIOLATION, AND IT REALLY IS A VIOLATION. CHARLES
