I called a DISH retention specialist. She promised me a LOWER price over and over. I kept questioning her since the other CSRs I spoke to wanted to raise my rates. I finally agreed to sign a two year agreement. I checked my Dish account and, sure enough, it's higher. She flat out lied to me. Is there a way for a supervisor to check the recorded conversation? Again, I questioned her at least three times during the conversation. So, I know it's all there if someone was willing to listen to it.

I called the retention number. I first talked to a retention specialist who elevated me to a Senior Retention Specialist. She gave me a choice of a credit of $** off for a full year or she could listen to the whole dialogue between me and the original CSR. I asked her to listen to the recording where I was promised a certain rate. She found that, indeed, the agent quoted me a lower price multiple times. I even questioned her multiple times. The Senior Retention Specialist called me back. They credited me the difference for ** months.
