In February, I became a dish customer. My account number is **** **** **** **** and my security code is ****. I was told in February that I was getting a Free Protection Plan for * months and that in August my bill would increase by $*.** if I did not cancel the protection plan by August. During my chat with Carie, I explained that information. She informed me that she could take care of cancelling the protection plan, but stated that I would be charged $** per service call. I understood that and stated that I would like to cancel the protection plan. She informed me that she canceled the protection plan and that if I changed my mind, I could get it changed back. I requested an email copy of our chat be sent to my email *****@***.com. I received an email, but it was not a copy of our chat. The statement on the bottom of the email was that "you will be able to enjoy channels until *-**-**." I did not request that any change be made to my channels. Please send me a copy of the original chat with Carie. Thank you for your help.
