After a lengthy conversation, he quoted me a price of $**.** per month for ** months. You have never, not one single time, billed me accurately since, but that's what I've paid. “Dominique” also assured me that there was no contractual obligation involved with Dish what so ever.**On December **, **** I called again and spoke your representative named “Anna” about getting my dish reinstalled as the existing one had been removed by a roofing company that did not know how to put it back up. She started out at $***.**, I told her never mind and to cancel my services. She recalculated and told me your company would reinstall a new dish for $**.**. I agreed to this amount. She said it would appear on my next bill.**Now you have billed me $**.** for the new dish, and you have raised the monthly amount, plus you have charged me a late fee. None of these items are acceptable. As of this letter dated January **, **** I am terminating your services. I am well within all deadlines given by your representatives to do so.**Here are my calculations: $**.** divided by ** (days in January) * $*.** per day*$*.** x ** days (days involved in the current billing period) * **.***$**.** for the new dish installment is $**.**** $ **.** * **.*** $**.****That is the amount I will pay you but not until you send me a corrected invoice showing that exact amount and including the fact that it is the final billing, with no balance carried forward and no further money due. My account should be closed as of this letter. Upon receipt of that invoice, I will pay that amount, then you are terminated permanently.**Any further communication between with me will be in writing either via email or US Postal Service.
