I was unable to access "on Demand" for * days so I called customer service. They were unable to help me after about *** hr. on phone. They told me I'd have to have a technician come out. At that point they suggested the *.***mon. program to decrease the enormous $** for a visit. I took it because they convinced me I needed someone to come out. * hrs. later my husband and I figured the problem out and fixed it. I cancelled my appt. with technician. I feel that customer service should have been able to help us with something we wound up figuring out ourselves. It seems they were eager to pressure me into the service plan for *.** a month instead. PLEASE cancel the *.** service plan tonight. I do not feel I should have to pay for a service I'm not going to use and was pressured into with an agent who couldn't even troubleshoot to the extent we, as customers were able to later. Please confirm to me that this has been cancelled. I haven't even had the service for ** hrs. yet.
