When I subscribed to Dish TV, the technician connected my second tv set to a required coaxial cable. I now have purchased a new tv set that only accepts HDMI. Therefore, I need a service person to install the proper connection wiring. I attempted to explain this via telephone, but the female that answered had no idea what I was talking about.
GetHuman-jmaasz did not yet indicate what DISH should do to make this right.
