I was paying $**.** for the Flex Package, and was never asked if I could choose the channels that are available. In fact, two channels that I did like we're suddenly dropped?????? Anyway my bill this month is over $***,**. I did purchase a new surge protector yhat added to thecost. Years ago I paid a fee for any service I mighthave. What happened to that? I am ** yrs. Old and wish you would delete the **** Channels. Please look at my current bill and explain why my bill is so high. I only have Social Security to pay bills now. Thank you.
