Hi, we are having the most insanely frustrating experience with your company! We have an important shipment arriving and we cannot get a clear answer from your team regarding WHERE the shipment is now, WHERE it is going, WHEN it will arrive and IF we can pick it up!**Everyone we talk to says something else! And when we put the tracking code in the tracker, it says that the shipment already went through customs but then your people tell us over the phone that it is still in the air!! This is insane and unacceptable.**Here is my tracking code: ************Please tell me with certainty WHERE my shipment currently is and WHERE it is F*&**& GOING.**We would like to pick it up at a location TODAY as close to Brooklyn as possible. According to the tracker this shipment is going to Springfield Gardens, NY. If IT IS going there, we are happy to pick it up from there. Please confirm WHERE it is going and WHEN we can pick it up.**Thank you!!!!
