I sent a parcel to spain, the customs company you use there asked a ridiculous amount of duty before parcel would be delivered. Parcel was marked as gift and vaue€**, going to a family member there, parcel got returned to me today, absolutely disgraceful not only your choice of thieving customs dept in spain but even just trying to get in touch and talk to a real person, the time lost going through your system, WAYBILL NMBR: WPS-W******-DROP*TERRY BUSH SENDER. I sent identical parcel via dpd and higher value item and was charged €**.**, this item low value gift, i would like to know which customs you use there (sers?) And what would be correct duty if any as im not selling item ITS A GIFT.
