Hello, I'm Katila Nunes, residing at Flat 8 Rosedale House, Manor Road, London N16 5NR. I have purchased a dress with order number [redacted]. I initially contacted the seller regarding the missing item, but upon disputing it on the dhgate site, the money was released to the seller without my consent or having all the details. Following advice, I visited the local post office and discovered that an item was delivered with tracking number QP[redacted]81GB on May 6, [redacted]. However, it was not my dress. Although I cannot recall exactly what the item was, I have a photo from Royal Mail showing me receiving a small parcel on that date. I seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly and request a full refund of £[redacted].

Order #[redacted]05 for the oxygen generator was placed on May 13th and charged $[redacted].18 to my Mastercard. The supplier only offered $0.01. I have been in contact with DHG since June regarding the order's status. After reinstating the order, it was not fulfilled. I am demanding a full refund immediately. If no action is taken within two days to confirm the credit being processed, I will involve the fraud department of Mastercard. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

My name is Mya, I placed an order on July 10 with order number LB[redacted][redacted] and my order number is [redacted]. The tracking site shows "inbound failed" & "delivery failed," which seems impossible since I haven't received the shoes and they haven't reached the States. After contacting USPS & 17track, they couldn't locate the item using the tracking number. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times, I'm only getting the runaround. I'm furious because I needed the shoes promptly and I made that clear to the seller. Attempts to open a dispute on the website have been unsuccessful, with an error stating it should be done 10 days after the estimated delivery time, although there was no such information provided. I am seeking a full refund and will avoid ordering from dhgate in the future as my time and money have been wasted.

Good morning, I am requesting a refund for a product I canceled on August 23, [redacted], from an order placed on the 19th. As you can see outlined in the attached proof of purchase, it has been over a week since the cancellation. The order number is [redacted], with a payment made on August 22, [redacted], for [redacted].17 euros. Good morning, I am requesting a refund for the canceled product on August 23, [redacted], from an order placed on the 19th. As you can verify, there should be no dispute in refunding the amount for an incomplete order (attached proof document) canceled a couple of days ago. There should be no issue with a refund as it has not been a week since the order and it is being held by UPS, as per my conversation with them on August 23rd. Hello, I made a purchase on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and opted for sofort bank transfer payment. After completing the payment, I encountered issues and was prompted to pay again. €[redacted].13 was deducted from my account. I reached out to the seller who confirmed receiving my order but payment was still pending. I faced difficulties progressing the order after payment, leading to an unsuccessful transaction. Formal Complaint Regarding Order #[redacted] – Sent 16/9/22 I am lodging a formal complaint regarding your order reference [redacted]. Despite being informed on 17/8/[redacted] that my mobile phone order was on its way, it has not been received. Numerous attempts to obtain a delivery date have been ignored. Payment of £[redacted].21 was deducted from my account on 16/8/[redacted], yet I have not received the product. Communication from your end has been absent, and your customer service website lacks the ability for customers to send written messages. This lack of communication is unacceptable and breaches trading standards. Your cancellation of the order without informing me further adds to the dissatisfaction. I expect a response within 24 hours to clarify this situation. Failure to do so will lead me to take action against what seems to be fraudulent behavior on your part. Awaiting your prompt reply.

I placed an order for a dress on August 27th with a promised shipment date of September 23rd and expected delivery between September 26-29th. Unfortunately, the seller has not fulfilled the order as stated and has been unapologetic about the delay, despite causing me to miss an important event. I reached out to the seller about transferring the order to another store, vogueshows, on DHGate who offered to ship on time if they had the order. However, despite my efforts, it was relayed this morning that it is now too late. This frustrating experience was aggravated by the seller's request for additional funds, which I declined as it was not part of our initial agreement. I am seeking DHGate's assistance to ensure the dress is made and promptly delivered to me.

The expedition's temperature was not respected, and I only received 1/5 of the product order. The tracking number corresponds to only that one article. I am clearly a victim of a scam (proof in photo). This is very serious. I placed an order for €[redacted].53 and only received a product worth €[redacted].91. I am demanding a refund for the undelivered products. Thank you very much. (Note: The seller never responded to me during the open dispute, which seems like they are not interested, which is why I am reaching out to you for help).

I made a purchase on October 4th, paid for it, and it was shipped out on October 5th. Today is the 14th of October, and I have not received my order. The order number is [redacted], and the tracking number is UT[redacted]78TH. When I track the package, it shows delivery in January [redacted], which is not acceptable. I have been checking the website daily but have not made any progress. There is no customer service number or live chat available, only a robot named Tang Tang that cannot assist me effectively. The expected delivery time was supposed to be 2 to 3 days, and it has been 9 days now with no update on the order location. I have tried calling the seller but cannot reach them due to the pandemic. I have left several messages with no reply, so I am requesting either my order to be delivered promptly or a refund. I have been trying to communicate with the seller for days regarding a functional issue with the suction on the device. Despite my attempts to explain the problem, the seller refuses to acknowledge the flaw. They recommend that I simply turn off the suction, but as a trained beautician, I rely on all functions of the device for treatments. The seller's lack of cooperation and failure to provide a resolution is causing complications in my treatments, leading to hematomas. I have completed all necessary training for these procedures and expect the device to work correctly. The seller's suggestion to disable the suction is not a satisfactory solution. Over 10 days ago, I placed an order expecting it to ship by 10/11, but it was still pending by then. Feeling discouraged, I requested a refund as the order hadn't been accepted. I made a purchase on November 3rd as a guest and paid directly through Online Banking. However, I have not received an email with my order number or tracking ID yet. I contacted the store where I bought the bag, but they are claiming that there is no record of my order. I have proof of payment by showing a screenshot of my online banking transaction where I paid $46.18 to ghgate. The issue is that I have made the payment, but the store cannot locate my order. Since I checked out as a guest, I am unable to locate any emails containing an order number.

After receiving this product, three different individuals tested it and all had the same feedback. They could only taste ice and experienced a bitter aftertaste for up to 2 hours. The seller insisted I cover the shipping costs for returning the items, even though they came from Germany. I am willing to send it back but need the seller to provide me with an address, which they haven't done despite their rule of a 7-day return window. Additionally, I am unable to open a dispute within the 10-day timeframe specified in their rules due to not having the address. This product seems deceptive as it claims to have 8ml of flavor for [redacted] puffs, but how can it fit 8ml in a 4ml reservoir? It appears to be a fraudulent claim. I can share pictures for further clarity. I ask for your assistance in addressing this issue.
