This morning on Thursday, December 30, [redacted], I attempted to make a payment but was unsuccessful multiple times. However, even though the payment didn't go through, an amount over $[redacted] has been debited from my bank account without authorization. Moreover, due to the payment issues, I am unable to access my most recent order on the application. My phone number linked to my account is [redacted] and my username is Adri_vJH. Thank you.

I would like to report an issue with my recent order from Seller Tarikblack. Order #[redacted]. I have been scammed of $37.96 by the seller. My package was sent to Texas despite me living in Roswell, GA. The tracking information shows delivery in Texas with a screen print of the label that has my correct address. I have not been successful in receiving a refund and have decided not to make any future purchases from dhgate due to this unpleasant experience.

I am experiencing challenges resolving this order issue. I placed the order in May [redacted] and have not yet received the product. Since May, I have relocated and closed the bank account used for the payment due to fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, the bank is unable to process any reimbursement as the account is closed. Despite offering a new debit card for the refund, neither the seller nor customer service is willing to update the payment information to issue the credit for the undelivered product. I have requested assistance in obtaining a refund, as the order was cancelled, but cannot receive it since the original payment method is no longer usable. I am willing to provide a new credit card for the refund.

Hello, I purchased 6 products from DHgate in November [redacted]. After 50 days, there is still no update on my order. Three products were shipped by air 48 days ago, and there is no information available. Two products did not even ship after being prepared for the carrier, and one of the products has a fake tracking number leading nowhere. I need assistance with a refund as I have already paid for shipping. I want an explanation and a refund for the total of over [redacted] euros spent on the items purchased. Please provide me with the necessary support to get my money back according to your company policy.

Hello, I bought a jacket on December 24th with order number: [redacted]. After some time passed without any updates, the item still hasn't been sent, so I decided to contact the seller to inquire about when it would be shipped. Unfortunately, I received no response, and the seller was seen reading my messages but not replying. After multiple follow-ups, I reached out to Dhgate, who advised me to ask the seller for a refund and request their agreement in writing. Finally, after this message, the seller responded, claiming the item was mysteriously shipped on the same day, January 7th. However, there is only a tracking number provided, and the item has not actually been shipped. I followed up today, as the seller insisted it was shipped, but only a tracking number was given, yet no shipment was made. Since then, there has been no further response from the seller. I am concerned about being scammed, so please take action, otherwise, I will have to file a complaint.

I don't want to be scammed, so please do something, or I will have to file a complaint.

I am reaching out about my order number [redacted]. According to the DHgate app, it was marked as delivered on 11/24/[redacted]. However, neither I nor anyone in my household received the package. The seller initially seemed cooperative but did not follow up on investigating the issue. When I attempt to start a dispute, I receive a message stating that I need to confirm the item was received before disputing, with a window of 10-90 days after confirming receipt. Since the item was never received, I cannot confirm this. I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged to my account.

Hello, I placed two orders with this seller. The first order is for one hat/beanie #[redacted] priced at $21.49. The second order is for three beanies of the same kind but different colors #[redacted] priced at $66.38. The seller provided tracking number LY[redacted]74CN for both orders. I have been waiting for a long time, longer than with any other orders I placed with different sellers. When I checked the order status on January 24th (I believe), as shown in the images I provided, it stated that the parcel/package has an insufficient address and cannot be delivered. I tried to contact the seller multiple times via messaging but received no response. Without the seller's cooperation, the package was returned to them. I am no longer interested in dealing with this seller and I am requesting a full refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the parcel got seized by customs and destroyed on January 28, [redacted]. The seller is unresponsive, and I am worried because I purchased a second guitar from them. I made a purchase on January 21st through Facebook and linked my account to it. Although I received confirmation on the website for my order, I have not received any email or text confirmation. Despite providing all my information, I cannot access my account to track my order. Even after trying to reset my password, I am unable to log in. I have proof of purchase and would like to know when my order will be delivered.

Good morning, on December 18, [redacted], I purchased an item on your website. The item was shipped the next day and arrived in France before being sent back to the original destination. The order number is [redacted], and the shipping number is LV[redacted]95CN. I have contacted the seller who refuses to send a new item and advises me to file a complaint on your platform. I believe these actions are damaging your reputation. I only asked for a resend of the item as I never received it. Hello, I encountered an issue with my package that was meant to arrive before my birthday. I ordered Black Sail 4 4’s shoes from DHgate (Order #[redacted], Shipping #: LY[redacted]94CN) under the name Steph Akinsiku. The shoes were marked as delivered, but I have not received them at my address: 87 Wakeman Avenue APT B4, Newark, NJ. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, they insist that the package was delivered and suggest I check with the post office. The seller's proof of delivery only includes my address and does not confirm receipt. They are refusing to refund my $60 for the undelivered package. Hello, I encountered an issue with a package delivery for black sail shoes from a seller on DHgate. Despite the tracking showing delivered, I have not received the package at my address in Newark, NJ. The seller's responses have been unhelpful, only providing a sheet with my address as delivery proof. They are reluctant to refund the full amount and offered only a partial refund. A seller contacted me on WhatsApp informing me that the product I wanted was no longer available. He asked me to cancel the order, which I did. However, he refused to accept the refund request, claiming I didn't select the correct reason. He asked me to cancel the request, and now I'm unable to submit a new one. I want to be refunded. He is not responding anymore, and his name is "Surprises." He sent me a text in Chinese to forward to customer service, but upon translation, I noticed he stated I wanted to change the delivery address, which is not true. It seems like a scam. Please help. Hello DHgate Support Team, I am reaching out to you regarding an order (number [redacted]) where I mistakenly purchased what I believed to be authentic vaping masks. It was only after the order was placed that the seller revealed they were actually replicas. Not wanting to receive counterfeit items for my business, I declined and requested a full refund. Hi, my name is Kenneth Tolbert. On 05/08/22, using card ending in [redacted], I made a transaction for a white SG three-pickup guitar for $[redacted].55. I never received a confirmation email from DHgate after ordering, although the payment was deducted from my bank account [redacted]. Subsequently, I created a new email account, which was recognized, but my order and payment were not acknowledged. I feel left in limbo and unacknowledged by DHgate. I kindly request DHgate to recognize my order, update me on its progress, and honor the payment made. If the order cannot be fulfilled, I would like to request a refund. I placed an order for a blue Manchester United Ronaldo long sleeve jersey on February 21, [redacted], from a seller named "ilovederrickrose" to be delivered to Calgary, Canada. I had purchased an item from the seller "luxury_bags01," but unfortunately, my order was returned to the seller without a clear reason. The tracking information indicates that it was sent back from FujianSheng, Fuzhou City, which is the same place it was shipped from. I have ensured that my address is correct.
