DHGate.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-johnlula will need to dig through the advice provided by DHGate.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I ordered a guitar from DH gate the price was $***. I was then charged * separate additional charges for $*** . Their vendor after I messaged him said I only paid for one guitar and he would be sending it. Now my DH gate account does not show that I have paid for a guitar awaiting delivery they have wiped it off of my account on their website yet they have charged me $***
