Hi, I am Shavonna and I recently purchased the iPhone * Plus in June ****. The phone was working fine and then one day it wouldn't let me open any apps. So, I restarted it and when it turned back an android message appeared saying there was an encryption error and I would have to rest my device. So I tried resetting it and only the logo appears. I've tried contacting the seller and got no response. I've also tried to file for a dispute but it's saying the file size is too large to send for proof. I have also tried to directly email dhgate support email. Can someone help me come to a resolution?? At this point I don't want a new device, I would just like a refund.
