I am facing multiple issues with my orders. The first seller did not send my order even after I canceled, leaving my money stuck. Likewise, the second order's seller is out of stock, sending rude messages, and not processing my cancellation or refund. Then, there's the third order I canceled, but the seller insisted on shipping to avoid job loss. I had to dispute the charge with American Express. Now, I await the item's arrival to return it, but the vendor and DHgate customer service are unresponsive.

I have not received my order. UPS claimed it was delivered on May 1, [redacted], even though the RV Park where it was supposedly delivered was closed since April 28, [redacted]. I am unable to contact the seller, who needs to request an investigation from UPS. The seller wants payment release in 5 days, but UPS gives them 90 days to request an investigation. I want the order canceled and not charged to my Visa since the RV Park is closed until September [redacted]. The seller mentioned a delivery date in July, causing confusion and dissatisfaction. I have not received my order that was supposed to be delivered by UPS on May 1, [redacted]. The order was placed in March with a 3-4 week delivery window. However, UPS delivered it to a closed RV Park where I was in March, which is now shut down. I have been unable to reach the seller to request an investigation as advised by UPS. The seller is requesting payment release within 5 days, even though they have 90 days to investigate according to UPS. The confusion and delays have left me very unhappy, and I would like to cancel the order and not be charged to my Visa. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you for your help.

I would like to request a refund for the dress I purchased as it does not match the description or photos on the website. My daughter, who is 17 and planning to wear the dress for prom, cannot show any skin in the breast area according to school rules. The dress is a peachy tangerine color instead of the expected champagne color, and the pants are wide leg rather than slim tapered as shown in the original photo. My order number from DH Gate is [redacted]26. I have been unsuccessful in uploading photos and requesting a refund through the website as it always fails to process. I am willing to return the dress via DHL to the address on the shipping label today, 5/11/18. Please advise me on the next steps to take.

I am looking to order my wedding dress and I need to find out the earliest possible delivery date. The estimated shipping states July, but I need it before June 13th. Can this be accommodated? I am frustrated by the lack of communication and response from the company. I have been unable to reach dhgate by phone, and they are not responding to my emails. This lack of responsiveness is making me concerned about potential issues with sizing or the accuracy of the dress description.

Hello, I'm Destiny R. I recently made a purchase and attempted to cancel it through DHgate. I signed up using my Facebook account and followed the required steps to cancel the order. However, when I try to log in to www.dhgate.com using Facebook, I encounter issues. I select "sign in using Facebook," log into my Facebook account to verify, but then I am unable to proceed on the website. I have attempted this multiple times without success. I am having difficulty changing my password. I tried following the procedure to request a password change, received the email, and clicked the link in the browser. However, when I connect, I am redirected to the DHgate front page without any prompt to log in my new password. I have searched everywhere for the login box without success and had to resort to online research for customer support. I am new to DHGate and wondering if as an individual I can purchase and ship just one item to my home address. I do not belong to any company or buyer group, it's just me. Good morning. My name is Katrina. I was considering placing an order a week ago. I entered my email address as a "guest" but didn't finish the order. When I returned a few days later, it said my email was already in use. Yesterday, on June 6, [redacted], I tried again after deciding on the colors I wanted. I couldn't proceed due to the same issue. I then changed the email slightly and it was accepted. I completed the order but now I can't find the confirmation in my Gmail. I am looking forward to receiving the shipment for my 3 children who love and wear Converse. Your prices are great, and I want to place another order, but I need to be sure about this one first. Hi, I'm KaTrina. A week ago, I attempted to place an order but encountered issues with confirming it. After a few unsuccessful tries, I made a slight adjustment to my email address and successfully completed the transaction on June 6th. Unfortunately, I did not receive the confirmation email due to the change in my email address. I am worried about the delivery of my order, even though all other information provided is accurate. Will this change in my email address affect the security of my order?

Around 3-4 months back, I purchased $76 worth of hair bows and was satisfied. However, recently I received an email notifying me of a payment being processed for another order. I did not authorize any additional purchases, nor do I require more hair bows. I am disappointed that the company initiated a recurring order without my consent. This situation needs to be addressed promptly. I have no intentions of making any future purchases from your company after this incident.

I placed an order for a dress that was supposed to be delivered by June 4, [redacted], without any alterations. The delivery date was then rescheduled to June 9, [redacted], which has also passed. I am extremely disappointed as I did not receive the dress in time for my formal event or a wedding. It is now June 15, [redacted], and I would like a refund as the dress is no longer useful to me. I placed an order for two pairs of sneakers, paying $55 for the first pair and $48 for the second. I only received one pair, and I'm missing the second pair. The purchase was made on June 1st using my debit card ending in [redacted]. The missing sneakers were to be sent to [redacted] Laffayette, Brooklyn, NY, [redacted], Apartment 13L for Mrs. Stephanie Hampton. I request that the second pair be sent promptly or provide me with a credit to order another pair. It's important for your customer service to improve by offering refunds or credits for such situations. I also suggest having a customer service phone line for direct assistance. I am encountering issues purchasing from DH Gate as my new Visa card is not being accepted on the site, although it works fine elsewhere. Despite the card being valid, the computer system at DH Gate seems unable to recognize it. As a result, I have missed out on many purchases due to this ongoing problem. It appears that the computer system at DH Gate may need to be updated or reprogrammed to accept my new Visa card details. If this adjustment can be made, it should resolve the difficulties I am experiencing when trying to make a purchase. I am urgently seeking assistance in resolving this matter to ensure I can shop on DH Gate without any more hurdles or frustrations. Your attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

We made a purchase for a Vintage Celtic Wedding Dress White and Pale Blue with an expected turnaround of 20 days. However, the delivery date has been pushed to after our event date, causing distress for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. Despite our attempts to reach out via chat and email, responses have been evasive. If a resolution is not received within 48 hours, we will proceed with a chargeback given my experience in the Credit Card industry. The order number is [redacted]71.

Hello, I wanted to follow up since this is my third attempt to reach out without a response. I placed an order for hair yesterday, but I'm unsure about the shipping timeframe. Order Number -[redacted]28- Dear DHgate, I have encountered multiple issues with a specific seller. I purchased a dress for an event, with repeated promises of receiving it in time. Sadly, it arrived late even though I placed the order nearly a month before the event. Despite numerous assurances of timely delivery, when I realized it would be late and requested to cancel, the seller declined. Eventually, I used my own funds to return the dress. There was confusion regarding the agreement, and I may have made an error in accepting it. Regardless, I am entitled to a refund for both the initial payment and the return shipping costs due to the inconvenience I faced. Despite the dress being returned to China some time ago, the seller has failed to pay the customs charges. I placed an order on April 30 for 2 LCD screens for the Samsung Galaxy S7 totaling $[redacted].46. Upon arrival, I received the wrong model. I have evidence and photos of all communication with the seller showing they agreed to exchange it for the correct item. However, after sending the wrong item back, I faced delays and received a tracking number that led to a phone charger, not the LCD screens. Good morning, I recently ordered a pair of Jordans, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, I received a message from the seller yan66 on DHgate stating that the size US 13 I ordered is out of stock. They mentioned that other sizes are available but not US 12 or US 13. They also said the factory will restock but it will take some time. They asked if I want to change the color or wait. I checked the link they provided, but it still shows the same sneakers. Can I get a refund or will they still send the sneakers to me?
