Desa remote HRC *** and receiver have new batteries. remote red function light works when button is pushed but wo'n't ignite firelogs. I also checked wiring on receiver and everything seem o.k. I also checked to make sure remote is not in locked mode...still won't work..is this a remote issue or receiver issue?

GetHuman-j_e did not yet indicate what DESA International should do to make this right.
