On April 8, [redacted], upon arriving at Warsaw airport for Czech Airlines flight #[redacted] to Prague, I was surprised to discover the flight was non-existent. Unfortunately, there were no available agents to assist me. The airline never notified me, despite having my contact details. Lufthansa tried to help rebook me on a LOT flight for the next day due to the cancellation. I lost a day of work because of this. As per the passengers' bill of rights provided by Lufthansa, I am entitled to reimbursement for hotel and meal expenses incurred during the unplanned stay in Prague. Despite multiple attempts to lodge a complaint through various channels like the airport and customer service calls, including providing booking number PZPV7B, I have not received any response or resolution. I am seeking reimbursement of $[redacted] from Czech Airlines.

Hello, I need some assistance with an issue concerning my flight reservation. I purchased two tickets for a flight on OK4765 on 17/07/[redacted] from Brazil. The Booking Code is R9C3TR and the ticket numbers are [redacted][redacted] for Carlos Alexandre Lourenço Taborda and [redacted][redacted] for Uilson Goncalves Gundim. There was an error during the payment process, and after attempting a second payment, the name of the second passenger changed to match the Credit Card Holder's name. I contacted GSA Aviareps Brasil and was instructed to email [redacted] to request the name change. I detailed the issue in the email, emphasizing the website error. Additionally, the e-ticket received did not reflect the Economic Plus class I purchased, which includes seat selection and baggage allowance. I have not received a response from Czech Airlines yet, and I am seeking information regarding my request and the website error. I look forward to your response. Best regards.

I was charged for bringing a carry-on and am seeking a refund for that charge. Here's a draft of the email I sent to the airline: Today, I flew from PRG to AMS and had to check a bag unexpectedly. When I reached the boarding gate, I was surprised to learn that I could only bring one bag with me onto the plane. Not long ago, on Czech Airlines flight OK617 (Reference PHMLNX) from AMS to PRG, I was able to carry both my duffel and backpack without any extra fees. Due to this inconsistency, I opted for gate check for my duffel bag and later realized I could have placed my backpack in my companion's bag and carried on my duffel. This led me to unnecessarily check a bag and incur extra charges. I am kindly requesting a refund for this inconvenience. I also want to point out that [redacted] Koruna is around $55, an amount that is crucial to my post-graduate budgeting for essential expenses like food. I hope you can understand my situation.

I experienced a flight delay that caused me to miss my connecting flight and lose a day of my holiday. The delay was frustrating, especially since we were kept on the runway for two hours without even being offered water. While the situation felt helpless, the staff at Prague Czech Airlines were helpful and booked us onto the next day's flight and a hotel. However, this meant I had to pay extra for my treatment due to the shortened stay. The delayed experience left us anxious and upset as we were in a foreign country with communication challenges. Despite the inconvenience, the staff on the rescheduled flight were kind and efficient. I understand delays happen, but the impact on my trip was significant, and I am seeking compensation for the stress, lost holiday time, and additional costs incurred. I am currently awaiting my delayed suitcase from my flight from Amsterdam to Prague yesterday. Czech Airlines staff informed me that the delivery company they work with would bring it to my accommodation in Prague last night, but it has not arrived. I have been trying to call them since this morning, but there has been no answer. I am starting work tomorrow for 12 days and urgently need the clothes from my suitcase. I would appreciate information about the delivery company to track the arrival of my luggage. Thank you.
