I purchased a product, but it didn't arrive within the expected delivery time. After reaching out to the company, they informed me that the item was lost during transit. They offered a refund via email but required me to initiate the process. Despite the seemingly straightforward instructions, my experience trying to contact them has been frustrating. I made three lengthy phone calls and attempted their web chat four times, only to face long waits with over a hundred people ahead of me in the queue. Strangely, each time the conversation turned to the refund, I was mysteriously disconnected. The refund amount is only £34, so this ordeal feels excessive for such a small sum.

Dear Customer Service, I purchased three items which included a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer with order reference CUR[redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for 31/10/20. Two days before the delivery date, I contacted Curry's to cancel the tumble dryer due to space constraints in my new home, where I had only visited once before the move due to Covid-19. The dryer was successfully canceled, but I am still awaiting a refund of £[redacted].00 for this item. Despite contacting customer services via email, I have not yet received my refund after waiting for 6 weeks. I am a loyal customer of Curry's for my electrical needs, and I am disappointed by the delay in processing my refund. Thank you, R. Lewis

I bought a Bluetooth speaker for my grandson with an expected delivery date of 7/12/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the item has not reached me yet. The tracking information only shows that the product is on its way to Royal Mail, but there is no update on whether the speaker is with them. It's been hard to get in touch with customer service as they appear to be short-staffed, and I haven't received a prompt response to my phone calls. I have decided to stop waiting as it's becoming costly. My reference number is [redacted], and I would appreciate it if you could determine the whereabouts of the speaker since my agreement is with Currys, not Royal Mail.

I purchased a Dolce Gusto Krups Oblo KP110240 coffee machine online on November 28th. The expected delivery date by Royal Mail was December 5th. I attempted to track the order with Royal Mail using tracking number PZ[redacted]15 and order number CUR[redacted], but they have no record of it. I received an email confirming the order and the payment receipt of £28, which was immediately deducted from my bank account. As a disabled pensioner, I cannot afford to lose this money. I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone via phone. If the item will not be delivered, I kindly request a refund to be issued to the bank account from which the payment was made.

Order number CUR[redacted] was placed on November 27th. I was informed that the goods were sent to the courier, but they haven't received them, making tracking impossible. Despite attempts to contact via phone and webchat, I have had no luck, with webchat simply redirecting me to the unhelpful courier. I even canceled the order online, but have not received a response or a refund. If the situation is not resolved soon, I am prepared to take further action. It's been more than a week, and my delivery hasn't arrived yet. The Royal Mail website is not showing any information, which is frustrating. I attempted to change the delivery address for my order (no. CUR[redacted]) on October 24th, but was advised to cancel the original order and place a new one. After reordering, with the new order no. CUR[redacted], I have received my TV but have not yet received a refund of £[redacted].99 paid by credit card. The original order was under the name Mr. Gordon Tyreman, but the credit card used belongs to Mrs. S. D. Tyreman. I've been trying to reach out for clarification but have been unsuccessful in speaking with a representative. Kindly provide an update on the status of my refund.

I placed an order on Black Friday with Curry's online for 2 JVC 32-inch TVs to be delivered to my daughter's address at 22 Vesparasion Road, Marlborough. Despite trying to contact customer service, I have received no response. I am currently residing in a nursing home and unable to get order confirmations. My daughter's postcode is SN8 2FB. To whom it may concern, My name is Helen Coffey, residing at 72 Canterbury Avenue, Slough, SL2 1EB. I am experiencing issues with my Beco tumble dryer, which has been out of order for the past two weeks. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, including a visit to the Curry's store in Slough, where a helpful lady tried to assist by making calls today, I have not been able to get through for help. This situation is causing a significant inconvenience as I have three young children and elderly parents to care for, resulting in a mounting pile of laundry. I am disappointed with the lack of response and service provided by Curry's PC World, especially considering I have a care and repair plan with them. I purchased the Homedics GST-[redacted]-HRC-GB Gel Shiatsu Pillow for £79 online on 10/12/[redacted]. I have not received a confirmation email or text message yet, which is concerning as Currys typically sends confirmations immediately. I have confirmed that £79 has been deducted from my bank account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly input the reference number incorrectly and am unable to track my purchase online. I used Currys' website as a guest, so I do not have access to my purchase history. I was planning to collect the item from Currys in Pontefract. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. I brought in my TV for repair on the 3rd of December. They informed me on the 8th that it was written off, and I would receive a voucher for a replacement. However, on the 9th, I received a message saying it was repaired and scheduled for delivery. After contacting them, they said it was repaired and would be returned on the 10th, but the tracking showed a delivery window of 7:50-11:50 that day. When the TV didn't arrive, the tracking time was removed. At 1:31 pm, the tracking updated the delivery to the 14th of December. I'm confused by all the back and forth and why it didn't arrive as initially tracked. This situation feels like a breach of our agreement. The tracking number is [redacted].

I had a frustrating online chat this morning that lasted almost an hour. After that, I tried calling Customer Services multiple times, but the chat was not helpful and just said to wait for the delivery without explaining the delay. When I called, the automated messages directed me to check the courier's website, and the call ended abruptly depending on the options I selected. The courier's website states that the TV bracket my company ordered 2 weeks ago was delayed by CurrysPCW, while the online chat claimed it was delayed by the courier. The customer service representatives kept mentioning that they are working from home due to Covid-19 and were unable to provide any helpful information or connect me to someone who could. They even provided a phone number but warned of long wait times. I just want to know why a simple TV bracket is taking so long to be delivered and when my company can expect to receive it.

I saw a double oven on Thursday, December 10th for £[redacted].00. When I went back to order it on Saturday, December 12th, it had gone up to £[redacted].00, £10.00 more. I wasn't very happy about it and asked if we could have it at the price we saw two days before. Unfortunately, the answer was no. We decided to purchase it anyway, even though I thought it should not have gone up £10 in 2 days. We paid cash, and she told us it would be delivered on Monday. However, no one has called to let us know the delivery time. I tried calling the number on my receipt, but I had to wait 14 minutes to get through. When I started explaining the situation to the woman on the phone, she abruptly hung up on me. I was really angry, and now I'm considering canceling my order. I've been trying all morning to do this, but I've had no success.

My Logitech wireless mouse, model M185, stopped working within the 3-year Warranty period. On November 24, we had Curry's collect our TV for repair. On December 4, two men delivered a TV claiming it was new, but it had a broken screen, did not look new, and was packaged in an ordinary box. After numerous phone calls with long wait times, 20 days later, we still do not have a replacement TV. With only 10 days left until Christmas, the lack of service and competence is unacceptable. Curry's seems to lack coordination and decision-making, leaving us without a television and feeling frustrated by their incompetence and indifference.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my order. The package was supposedly left in a bin shed, but upon returning home, I couldn't locate it. My neighbors were unable to assist either. Despite multiple exchanges with customer service, the resolution time keeps getting extended, causing me quite a bit of frustration. As my departure out of the country is imminent in precisely one week, waiting an additional two weeks for a resolution is simply not feasible. I purchased a vacuum cleaner online, but it did not come with the wall mount bracket as stated in the specifications. After contacting B & Q's service department, they informed me that the wall mount is not available for the 36v model. I only opened the box yesterday (14/12) and upon realizing the missing bracket, I packed it back unused. I am requesting a full refund so that I can purchase a wall-mountable/chargeable alternative. I bought a Beko dishwasher from your online store on 3 May [redacted]. A Beko engineer has been out twice and confirmed we need a replacement. The Beko exchange number for this issue is [redacted]. I accidentally received a duplicate delivery of the DENON Turntable i35617 due to an address error. The parcels were sent to different flats in Fairacres, and DPD attempted to pick up the extra one but faced issues. Despite my attempts to resolve this directly with DPD, they claim the matter must be handled by the vendor. The extra turntable is still in its original packaging, and I have already started using the first one with satisfaction. I am disappointed with DPD's stance on this simple mistake, which is causing unnecessary complications. I kindly request assistance in arranging the return of the duplicate item.
