We purchased a tv online on the ********** and from day one its been faulty tge built in free view soes bot response as it should and the words don’t match vidio ive done every possible check possible with no success. Ive spent hours on the phone to Currys customer service. Absolutely no joy at all. So decided to go to my local store and wasn’t able to enter the customer service at the door checked my details in the computer said they understand and gave me a telephone no to phone philips Tec team which I tried and after waiting over an hour was cut off before getting to speak to anyone. I told your customer service team that ive only had the tv *weeks and from day one the problem has been there they said there was nothing else they could do. Ive totally lost patients with Currys customer service all i wanted was a product to serve the perpose I purchased it for. I was more than willing to accept someone to understand my situation but ive had nothing at all. So the only resolution im willing to accept is for a collection of this tv as its too big for me to transport myself and get a full refund and go somewhere where i get customer service that appreciate customers spending there hard earned money. Im going down to Currys again tomorrow and giving them this transcript. It appears that no one is showing any interest in solving my situation.
