I purchased a Nintendo Switch game from Curry's, but sadly, the item never arrived. According to Royal Mail's tracking information, the package was marked as "unable to be delivered" and sent back to the sender. After reaching out to Royal Mail, they advised me to contact Curry's for further assistance. Attempting to navigate Curry's website proved challenging as it repeatedly crashed and only directed me to contact Royal Mail for small orders. My experience with Curry's phone line was equally frustrating, enduring over an hour on hold and negotiating through automated menus, only to be prompted to contact Royal Mail before the call abruptly ended. After misleading the automated system by pretending I had a large package on the way, I finally reached a live representative. Unfortunately, the call was transferred to another department, which went unanswered and disconnected after a lengthy wait. This has been the most disappointing customer service encounter I have ever had, and I am reconsidering my choice to shop with Curry's in the future.

I am currently attempting to purchase a printer and laptop during the Covid pandemic. The items I am interested in indicate that they are available for pick-up; however, upon reaching the checkout stage, I am unable to locate any stores where I can collect them. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the website lacks essential customer service features such as the live chat widget, a functional phone number leading to a representative, the video chat option, and even an email address. It appears challenging to establish any form of communication with them. I possess a voucher for Currys but find myself at a standstill without any means to utilize it.

Since January [redacted], I have been unwittingly charged £4.50 monthly by Product Support AG, totaling 69 payments at £[redacted].50. I discovered that my ex-wife, using my personal bank account without permission, made the original purchase in [redacted]. Despite never authorizing these payments, Curry's stated that I cannot stop them without my ex-wife's request since she made the initial purchase. I do not have contact with my ex-partner to make this request. I demand a refund for the unauthorized payments and request the withdrawals to cease immediately. It is unacceptable that money was taken from my account without consent, and I am frustrated that I am unable to halt the payments myself despite not agreeing to them initially. This issue must be resolved promptly to avoid further action.

I need to cancel my order, which includes a Fridge Freezer Essentials CUC50W20 and a Hotpoint Electric Cooker HUI612P. I have been trying to do this for 2 days, but Currys is now asking me about returning a product that has not been delivered yet. I would like to keep the cooker and cancel just the Fridge Freezer or cancel both items and order a larger fridge instead. I prefer Currys to contact me via email at [redacted] or phone at 0[redacted] to confirm the cancellation of the Fridge Freezer and not deliver it, or cancel the entire order and issue a refund.

Good afternoon, On 3/11/[redacted], I purchased a new Beko electric fan oven. It was out of stock, so I had to wait until 22/11/[redacted]. Everything seemed fine, but since then, the oven doesn't heat up. The model is BXIF36300XA and the serial number is [redacted]. Beko suggested contacting you since it's less than a week old. I am not happy about this, considering it was purchased at PC World Riviera Torquay. The service men were fine, but the oven is not working. I expect to hear from you soon because I can't cook anything properly at the moment.

I recently purchased a new washing machine from Currys, which was delivered and installed today. Unfortunately, the machine did not work properly as it kept filling up with water when turned on. Despite being promised a repair, I was unhappy with this solution and spent over 2 hours trying to reach Customer Services. When I finally got through, the agent was unhelpful and unable to assist because the delivery status did not update in their system. After requesting to speak with a manager and being told one was not available, I decided to file an official complaint by calling the customer complaints number. However, I encountered the same unhelpful attitude from another agent. I felt that my concerns were not being addressed, and the poor customer service was disappointing. I simply want a functioning washing machine as per my purchase, especially since I urgently needed it after my previous one malfunctioned. Additionally, I was charged for delivery despite the website indicating free delivery. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I placed an order for a television online last Wednesday, but I haven't received any confirmation via email. After spending nearly an hour on the phone, I discovered that I entered the wrong email address. Unfortunately, Curry's customer service informed me that they can't update the email address on their end and told me to do it on the website. However, I can't access the order to correct it. Web chat support is unavailable, so I'm feeling frustrated as I need assurance that this issue is resolved for future updates on my order status and delivery details. I am disappointed with the service I received. My laptop was taken for repair at the Leyton Mills store, and after waiting six weeks, I was informed that it was irreparable. I was promised an e-voucher, but after two weeks, I had not received it despite contacting customer service multiple times. The representative claimed that the voucher was sent via email, but I never received it. They assured me it would be sent via text, but there seems to be a backlog issue. This situation has caused me frustration and financial loss due to the long hours spent on hold with customer service. Regarding the return of an Essentials wine cooler with Reference number [redacted]2: After submitting the online return form, I was given the reference number but was then asked for more details. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out via webchat failed, even though my microphone was working, as I couldn't be heard. Phone calls also proved unsuccessful after waiting for a long time. When I tried to email the provided address, I received an automated response saying the email is no longer valid. The online form didn't allow me to specify the product as an Essentials wine cooler since that brand wasn't listed. I purchased a washing machine, and the order confirmation indicated it would arrive by December 1st. Despite paying £10 for delivery, the washing machine has not been delivered. I contacted chat support last night, but they were unable to assist me and advised me to wait 24 hours. Today, I attempted to call customer support but have not been able to reach anyone to address this issue.

I placed an order for a Bosch oven on November 27th with the order number CUR[redacted]. The delivery was made on December 1st. However, the delivery team was unable to install the oven due to the space requiring a double oven. They mentioned a refund of £90 for installation and the total cost of £[redacted] if we couldn't find a replacement. We are struggling to reach out to Currys to resolve this matter.

I contacted customer service on November 13 regarding my Smeg kettle, which broke before the March lockdown. The on/off switch stopped working. I was unsure what to do until I found advice note CUR[redacted]. I was informed I would receive an email or phone call for assistance, as it was slightly out of warranty but broke much earlier. The advisor promised to help, which I greatly appreciated. I haven't heard back yet and would really appreciate an update. I loved my kettle and would like it to work safely again. I have been attempting for more than 24 hours to organize the return of a TV that is too large, in order to exchange it for a more suitable model and receive a reduced refund. After dialing an incorrect number, I completed and submitted the Return Form twice. Despite this, I did not receive confirmation of the collection date. I spent over four hours on hold on a different number, but all my calls ended with disconnection after hearing a message acknowledging my attempts to reach out. My money was taken promptly, but I am encountering difficulties receiving any refund. The LiveChat option mentioned lacks details, making communication challenging. There is no callback service available either. I am frustrated by the lack of response and the hurdles in resolving this issue.

I recently ordered a laptop for same-day delivery and even received a confirmation email. After driving 12 miles to the store, I was informed there was an issue even though the laptop was in stock. Despite offering to pay again and get a refund, they claimed it couldn't be done. I drove back home and received no updates. After multiple attempts to contact them via phone with long wait times, they mentioned that the payment was being processed. I suggested canceling the order as I urgently needed the laptop, which they failed to provide. I am incredibly frustrated by their lack of communication and service. I needed the laptop for the same-day collection, as they had promised. It's disappointing how they took my money without delivering the product or reaching out to me. This experience has made me reconsider being their customer.

I need assistance with my recent order CUR[redacted]. It was shipped five days ago for delivery yesterday. The tracking number PN[redacted]30GB shows that the package was sent, but there have been no further updates. Royal Mail has not even acknowledged receiving it. I purchased a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and pods online on November 27th. I received a reference number, and the delivery was supposed to be on December 4th. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive, and there were no updates via email. Last night, I encountered an error on the website while attempting to order a laptop. Upon reaching the payment page, I was repeatedly prompted to refresh the page. As a consequence, multiple orders were placed and payments were charged to both my credit and debit cards. I have been trying to reach Currys since last night to resolve this issue, even sending cancellation requests, but have not received any response. This situation is urgent as I require the funds for my mortgage. I only intended to purchase one laptop, not four.

I purchased a TV online on October 10, [redacted]. From day one, the built-in Freeview has been faulty. The screen does not match the audio, despite trying all troubleshooting steps. I have contacted Currys customer service multiple times, with no solution. When I visited the local store, I was unable to access customer service due to restrictions. They provided a phone number for the Philips Tech team, but after waiting over an hour, I was disconnected before speaking with anyone. I explained to the customer service team that the issue has persisted since day one, but they claimed there was nothing more they could do. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance. I am only asking for the TV to be collected for a refund, as it is too large for me to transport. I hope to find a retailer that values customer service and will address my concerns promptly.

Hello Currys, I ordered two HP laptops and two HP wireless mice, but I only received one HP laptop instead of two. I'm trying to find out where the missing laptop is and why it wasn't included in the delivery. I spoke with DPD courier services, and they verified that only two packages were sent, confirming the discrepancy. It appears that only one HP laptop was dispatched instead of the expected two. I purchased a cordless vacuum on November 27th. Curry's informed me on December 2nd that the item was dispatched via Royal Mail 48-hour service, meaning I should have received it by December 4th or 5th. On checking the Royal Mail tracking with the reference number provided, it shows they are still awaiting the item from the seller. My order number is CUR[redacted]. Regardless of any challenges due to Covid, I am disappointed with the customer service. The chat is unavailable, and the phone number given ([redacted]4) disconnects after about a minute. I have attempted to reach out multiple times, and every call ends abruptly at the same point in the recorded message. I kindly request an update on my paid order. - A.P.
