I purchased a television from curry's on the ******** on the ******** the television developed several faults I returned to the store on the ******** with the television and was asked by a member of staff did I want a repair or a replacement I asked for a replacement the member of staff said he would arrange for the faulty television to be collected and a replacement delivered on the ******** a courier driver arrived at my house to collect the faulty television but had not brought a replacement I refused to hand over the faulty television because he did not have a replacement I then returned to the store for an explanation and was told that the system is that any faulty goods are collected and then about a week later they send out replacements as I did not want to be without a television I asked for a refund and was given a return number ******** and this will take about two weeks at least to be resolved could you please advise me if can get this matter resolved sooner.* kind regards* j.k.rourke
