Please send me contact details of your complaint dept.*I have tried to find your complaints dept but it seems that you hide it, and to be honest I can understand why.*I note on the internet there are lots of complaint about Curry’s which seem to be ignored and to me that doesn’t seem a very professional approach to any business.*Firstly, I want to complain about one of your managers at your Skegness store, Gary.*The product I bought is faulty and your manager, Gary told me they couldn’t do anything without the product serial number and the receipt I had with me didn’t contain that information. He also said they closed at * pm, but I note that is a lie as the store closes at * pm. So, following his advice and I drove a round trip of just under ** miles and bought every piece of paper I had from Curry’s. None of those pieces of paper had a serial number on it.*I spoke to a salesman in Curry’s, your manager avoiding me and he told me the serial number isn’t put on any paper work from Curry’s. Your manager would be well aware of that, sending me to find a fictious piece of paper is bordering on fraudulent behavior.*The salesman did show me where to find the number which is at floor level. Now I am ** yo and had both hips replaced so how am I expected to get down on the floor to read that serial number???*First question do you tell your managers to lie on purpose?*Do you tell them to lie about pieces of paper which don’t have any serial number on?*I bought the product on the ******** in your Skegness store paying cash.*The delivery date was today and it has been delivered today. *After getting the product installed, I found it has an electrical fault.*To me any electrical fault is potentially dangerous. This doesn’t comply with either the sale of goods act or trade description act.*Buying a product from company such as Curry’s mean there is a contract between Curry’s and myself. *Your manager was trying to fob me off by telling me to phone the manufacturer. I don’t have any contract with the manufacturer, Curry’s do.*Because of the faulty product which is electrical based and your manager attitude I want the product fetching away and a full refund.*Regards* C.Dennis
