I arranged for my father in law to have a gas cooker delivered and fitted and the old one removed at the same time. The cooker was delivered on *th May but the fitter* driver would not complete the job as the cooker was lpg and would need more time to fit along with more parts.*I was told that a local fitter would have to be employed and the old cooker would be removed when that was done. I was also told to request a refund of the £** paid in advance for fitting.*It is now **th May and I have yet to speak to customer services. Each time I have waited on the phone for over ** minutes without success.*Currys is very willing to take money but getting a refund seems to be impossible.
