Hello,*Can you help, please? My name is Iva Rodrigues.*I have purchased one item on the **th of May (*x Advent - M*** Optical Mouse -Grey- Order CUR **********). *Unfortunately when giving my address for delivery, the door number of my address was wrong, I was unable to change it once completed, and I was also unable to contact you, even though I've tried by phone. I have also tried to contact Royal Mail to no avail. I've had an email today saying that the item has now been resent to Sender as it's been refused because of wrong address. They've tried to deliver today, the **nd May)*The tracking number for Royal Mail is MB********* GB.*The correct address where the item should be delivered is: *A, Burton Street, Farsley, LS** *ET.*My phone number is ***********. Can you please contact Royal Mail regarding this matter. I've tried but cannot get hold of them.*Please help as I need this device as soon as possible.
