I have my plan with currys on which I have a hot point fridge freezer that I have had returned about two months ago,but I am paying for it. I haved made many complaints aboutit to the currys helpline. Every time I have been told i would be contacted in five days for the matter to be dealt with. Another month has passed with no phone call and still the problem paying for the item I don't have. I even tried to cancel it at the Ipswich store by going in. I was told I would be contacted by two of the managers within three days. The time came and passed and no phone call. I have also contacted creation the financial company made a complaint and was told to wait up eight to fifteen weeks. I would appreciate your help many thanks mr Gould.
