Hi, I purchased a Samsung Tab A **.* from your Watford branch on the **th of November, ****. It was in a package including anti-virus package and a Samsung Tab cover **********. They didn't have a cover in stock and said they would phone me back.*I yet haven't heard back!! **I phoned about * weeks ago. *The service customer gentleman phoned Watford but got no reply and said he would email them to contact me. Nothing!***I phoned today and spoke to a lady. She phoned Watford but without any luck. She did say that Watford received a shipment of covers today and if I went there I could maybe pick one up. However that doesn't sound like a guarantee that I would get one. **I have * young children at home and so it's not a simple matter of turning at Watford hoping to get a cover which I should have received about * months ago. The shop closes at *pm and so would interfere with their bedtime.**I could perhaps pick it up at the weekend but I would want a guarantee that the item would be there with some recompensation. Failing that I would want a refund for cost of the cover together with the cost of the cover I had to get in the meantime.**Many thanks - Shuab Salam
