I purchased * Amazon Echos on ******* and tried to get the advertised discount of £** but the code I put it was being accepted. I therefore got into a live chat with Liam who checked but had the same difficulty. I placed and paid for the order reference no. CUR********** and Liam confirmed that I should receive a refund that would be made by his manager. Unfortunately since checking on the card I purchased them with I have not yet seen the refund. Please could you let me know what my next step should be? the transcript reference no. is ******************. Please advise if you need any further details. Thank you.
