Order No **********. Delivery arranged for Monday ******** and confirmed by text. After booking a day off work for the delivery, on Sunday I received a text informing me, delivery is now Tuesday, very inconvenient. I received a phone call on Monday to confirm i will be in on Tuesday, I stated i start work at *pm. On Tuesday morning i receive a message, stating delivery will be between **.** and **.**, not listening to my working hours. Then on Tuesday morning i get a phone call to say my delivery is cancelled due to damage. At this stage i try to contact Currys, but its all automated, nobody to talk to, so i travel to thr shop i made my purchase, although the man who served me was very attentive, but no real result. I then received a message, stating delivery will be Thursday. Is this a joke?. I go home to receive a phone call from the delivery team, we will be with you in ** mins, they arrive with * of the * items i ordered. Considering i was told the delivery was cancelled, it was fortunate that i was available. *I have wasted a days holiday, which i work hard for, to be mucked about by Currys. I have made unnecessary trip to Currys, to try to sort out something that was booked and confirmed, then changed, and changed again. I'm very disappointed in your service and i believe you should be offering me some compensation for my time, effort and losing a days holiday.*I trust you will resolve this issue, I'm still waiting for my washing machine to arrive, I would like to think that you could arrange for this to be delivered at my convenience, due to the above mention hassle Ive had to put up with. I think this is the least you can do.**One unhappy customer**Gary
