Order ref No: ***********We ordered a range cooker to be delivered on Saturday **th January. When we purchased the cooker we were asked what floor we lived on and I stated we lived in a first floor flat.*When the gentlemen from know How arrived they refused to carry the cooker up the stairs. They stated that I would have to re-book the delivery I had already been without a cooker for a week and was very distressed by this.*I don't understand why I was asked what floor I lived on and as you were made aware I lived on the first floor, arrangements should be made to either facilitate this or I should have been made aware that you wouldn't carry the item up stairs. I also don't understand what the point be in re-booking, if all your men are going to do is refuse to carry it up the stairs again.**I feel your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. **I look forward to hearing from you.**Jane Winter
