Hello,**We had a delivery of a washing machine yesterday with the reference CUR********** and KnowHow reference **********. I paid for it to be installed as well as the old machine removing. The delivery driver said that we had not paid for installation and just left without installing.**I think what’s happened is that despite paying for installation and it appearing on my confirmation email, when I look on the KnowHow tracker, it says installation is not purchased. Please see attached confirmation image and knowhow tracker. Are you able to arrange installation or refund the installation charge please.**Thanks*Josh
